* Spent 20 years in the US Army retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel
* Strong Managerial experience:
   1. Was a Vice President in an IBM Company
   2. Was a Vice President of MCI Telecommunications
   3. Was President of an MCI subsidiary company
   4. Has a Masters Degree in Finance and one in Engineering
   5. Has managed yearly budgets of $145 million
   6. Has managed organizations with personnel ranging from
      40-1500

   1. Volunteers to write a weekly column called "The Military
       View"about local servicemen and women, that appears in
       several local newspapers
   2. Volunteers to teach current events in two local Retirement
       Homes
