Here's where Jerry stands on the new Justice Center to be built after the voters twice voted it down. Totally ignoring the voters, the current Judge and the Commissioners Court, in an act of pure arrogance, approved $30 Million to build it anyway just where the voters twice said no. To add insult to injury, in mid December, the Court voted to pull an additional sum from the Reserve fund to pay for the already $7.2 Million overrun before one shovel of dirt is turned. Fiscal Conservatism just went out the window in Rockwall County.
